UC Health Supply Chain Assistant/Mailroom-PRN-Lindner Center of HOPE in Lebanon, Ohio

Position Summary: Position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks involved in receiving, sorting and delivering incoming supplies and sorting, routing, and delivering both incoming and outgoing mail. Major Duties and Responsibilities: *Receives, verifies, and delivers, equipment, materials and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures of the Lindner Center of HOPE (LCOH). *Replenishes supplies and maintains supply inventories at appropriate par levels while monitoring expiration dates and processing expired supplies as needed. *Picks up, sorts, and delivers internal mail. *Monitors and reports data regarding stock turnover, new merchandise received, shortage or overstock of merchandise, returns and damaged goods. *Prepares monthly reports on clinical supplies, and mail, and other Supply Chain reports. Position Qualifications: *High School Diploma or GED required. *One to two years experience with some knowledge of postal procedures and/or supply chain is preferred. *Driver's license required, with clean driving record. *One to two years receiving dock experience preferred. *Experience in Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office Word Physical Requirements: The physical demands of this position are consistent with those performed in an inventory or shipping/receiving environment. The employee will regularly be required to stand for sustained periods of time, move about on foot to accomplish tasks, and raise or lift objects up to 50 lbs from a lower to a higher position.
