THE OPPORTUNITY\ Are you ready to take the reins of a growing banking center and lead a team to success? First Federal is seeking a dynamic, sales driven Banking Center Manager to lead a team of sales and customer service professionals in the delivery of exceptional customer experiences while achieving operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the sales and business development efforts of the banking center to meet or exceed financial goals.
  • Foster profitable customer relationships through community involvement and strategic approaches to enhance market share.
  • Ensure exceptional internal and external customer experiences through effective communication and timely service delivery.
  • Create a cohesive team environment and promote individual employee development.
  • Maintain operational integrity and security by overseeing day-to-day operations and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Monitor ongoing customer needs, market trends, and employee performance, and provide coaching and motivation as needed.
  • Represent the bank professionally internally and externally, contributing to customer relationship expansion and enhancing the banks image.
  • Supervise banking center employees. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training/coaching; planning assigning, scheduling and directing work; appraising employees; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Thorough knowledge of deposit and credit banking products.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with tact and diplomacy.
  • Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a financial institution, with experience as a teller, personal/universal banker, or bank manager.
  • Completion of internal training curriculum in supervision, audit, and operations.
