Whether it’s sharing their stories, letting them teach you a new hobby or helping them discover a new one of their own – you will find that the relationships you develop as a Caregiver are enriching and fun. What you will do as a Caregiver * Care for your assigned residents and assist with activities of daily living which may include helping them get up in the morning, toileting, bathing, getting dressed, eating, bed linen changes * Assist with mobility/transferring residents to prevent falls * Encourage residents to engage in scheduled activities, entertainment, exercise and dining * Provide companionship through conversation and quality time * Responding to call lights to address falls and other potential emergencies * Performing and documenting duties as outlined in Individual Resident Care Plans * Monitor and promptly communicate changes in resident condition to relevant care team What do you need to be a Caregiver at our Community?
