What you will do

The MAKE IT Business Analyst is responsible for the build & run of all the applications used by the manufacturing Plant, working as a technical referent between the Pomezia business users and the several IT vendors for the support and the implementation of the manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical support for the Kenvue manufacturing site Pomezia.

  • 1 st and 2 nd level Helpdesk service with H24 availability on all the plant application systems, handling Daisy requests and incidents.

  • Analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of anomalies related to the operating systems, complex software applications and hardware devices (barcode reader, cameras, industrial printers, tablets, Manufacturing, Logistic, Laboratories PCs) for the manufacturing plant.

  • Create and run ad hoc queries and reports as requested by manufacturing systems’ end users.

  • Support escalations where needed for new demands and/or delays to committed dates on service requests.

  • Ensure incidents are followed up if/when needed for root cause investigation and preventive actions.

  • Schedule and perform Server and DB patching, so that it has minimal impact on manufacturing.

  • Do patching and hotfixes on applications, in collaboration with vendor and/or global application teams.

  • Create and update documentation and/or internal training materials.

  • Support the End-to-End IT risk management at the site including lifecycle management, information security and cybersecurity.

  • Support the improvement and development of the Pomezia manufacturing systems, in small and big projects (specification, development, testing).

  • Work with Q&C, creating and performing change controls and testing in different environments, assuring the execution of the proper Computer System Validation (CSV) activities for all the Pomezia GxP systems.

  • Support internal and external audit requests, with data gathering and reporting.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in IT or management engineering, or related field.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience.

  • Experience in application development and support.

  • Experience from production support and from project execution.

  • Strong problem solving, and data driven decision making skills.

  • Understanding of the business impact of different solutions and ability to assess impact and communicate the tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements, timelines, costs, and risks.

  • Current MS Windows, MS Office, and MS SQL Server tools.

  • Good communication skills and ability to communicate with engineers, developers as well as with business managers, business SME’s.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and medical devices, and consumer industry.

  • Experience in GxP systems and Computer System Validation.

  • Understanding and experience in technology infrastructure including networking, processing, and storage.

  • Understanding of project management frameworks including Agile/DevOps.

  • Professional certifications preferred but not required: Agile, PM, ITIL, Change management, etc.

  • Good knowledge in Cyber Security.

  • Experience in PowerBi and PowerApps tool
