Insight Global Construction Materials Testing Inspector in Lawrenceville, Georgia

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Construction Testing Inspectors to a client of ours Materials team. This person will be responsible for testing of concrete and soils for local construction focused projects for compressive strength. tested by breaking cylindrical concrete specimens in a special machine designed to measure this type of strength. It is measured in pounds per square inch (psi). This person will also be responsible for organizing and storage of field samples to determine strength concrete over certain periods of time.

Four Levels and Pay:

1. Engineer Tech in Training -- No certifications, and no past experience needed would need to take ACI -- 18/hr

2. Level 1 -- Has ACI field testing certification and newer to the industry -- 18/hr

3. Level 2 -- Has a Concrete (ACI ) and soil certifications (ICC) or related certifications -- 20-24/hr

4. Level 3 -- Has a lot of experience working in the industry and numerous relevant certifications -- 24/hr (bring up anyone)

* ACI field Testing Cert (can obtain through Terracon for entry level)

* Clean driving record *ICC Soils Inspector certification (or related certifications)

* Master of Special Inspections null
