We have an exciting opportunity available in our US Training & Talent Development organization as the Senior Manager of Neuro Psych Sales Training. The US Neuro Psych Training Team is a dynamic organization that focuses on clinical, selling, and business acumen excellence for our US Neuro Psych sales force. As Senior Manager, you will be working among the best in your profession committed to advancing learning in Neuro Psych for the betterment of patients.

What we are looking for:

Someone who deeply understands the impact they have and can demonstrate working in a dynamic, fast paced business unit and can lead the design, development, and delivery of sales training aligned to the brand and sales strategic objectives.

Who you will work with:

The Senior Manager reports into the Director of US Neuro Psych Training & Talent Development and works collaboratively across a fast paced, complex matrix organization including the Neuro Psych Commercial Business Unit and the WW T&TD Centre of Excellence to appropriately address business needs and ensure that we deliver on our objective of demonstrating value to our customers. The Senior Manager also works with external partners to understand industry trends, benchmark performance, and gather insights on the external environment.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Delivering the sales training strategy that sustains the launch success and drives continued growth in a hyper-competitive category

  • Lead the development and delivery of training curriculum that includes clinical & product training as well as selling skills training

  • Collaborate on key product training initiatives with cross matrix leaders including Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Medical, Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales Leadership

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of workshops, new hire, and advanced training curriculum for the field sales team

  • Conduct and ensure all aspects of business are following BMS’s values, policies, SOPs, and the laws or regulations that apply to our business

  • Elevate team culture fostering connectivity, empowerment, diverse and inclusive learning, and behaviors

  • Assess and analyze the effectiveness of assigned training programs and initiatives utilizing Kirkpatrick Model

  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge, expertise and insight in adult learning trends and best practices

  • Engage the WW Centre of Excellence to share/leverage assets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3-5 years of experience within Neuro Psych sales and or sales training

  • 3-5 years of experience as a commercial training manager, experience in curriculum development and delivery is strongly preferred

  • Strong clinical skills; CNS/ Psychiatry experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups, targeting presentations to the needs of the audience

  • Strong organizational and project management experience, including superior planning skills and having the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in MS Teams, Microsoft Office - Power Point, Excel and Word and other applications

  • Results-oriented individual who is highly motivated, decisive, flexible in thought, and has the creativity to excel in and contribute to a fast-paced environment

  • Forward thinking mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects, and identify and resolve issues

  • Ability to travel 20% for multiple meeting engagements (e.g., Managers Meetings, National Plan of Action Meetings, various Training Initiatives, etc.)
