Senior Manager, US Immunology Commercialization Learning - Home Office Sales Trainer, ZEPOSIA GI

US Commercialization Learning Department is the catalyst for empowering the field to drive transformative customer experiences that give patients hope. What we are looking for:

The US Immunology Learning team is currently seeking a talented training professional who possesses the skills needed to ensure both the immediate and long-term success of our training organization. Someone who can demonstrate working in a dynamic, fast paced business unit and can lead the design, development, and delivery of sales trainings aligned to the brand and sales strategic objectives.

Who you will work with:

This position reports to the Associate Director, Immunology Learning for Gastroenterology and Neurology. In this role, the senior manager will work collaboratively across a fast paced, complex matrix organization including the ZEPOSIA GI Commercial Business Unit and the WW T&TD Centre of Excellence to appropriately address business needs and ensure that we deliver on our objective of demonstrating value to our customers. They will also work across the Matrix with Therapeutic Area Specialists, Sales leaders (Regional Business Directors and District Business Managers), Marketing, National Field Sales Trainer, Medical and Sales Operations to assess, design and deliver training solutions to meet the objectives identified by the brand. Additionally, the senior manager will work with external partners to understand industry trends, benchmark performance, and gather insights on the external environment.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Delivering the sales training strategy that accelerates business success and drives continued growth in a hyper-competitive category.

  • Lead the development and delivery of training curriculum that includes clinical & product training as well as selling skills training.

  • Collaborate on key product training initiatives with cross matrix leaders including Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Medical, Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales Leadership.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of workshops, new hire, and advanced training curriculum for the ZEPOSIA GI sales team.

  • Conduct and ensure all aspects of business are following BMS's values, policies, SOPs, and the laws or regulations that apply to our business.

  • Elevate team culture fostering connectivity, empowerment, diverse and inclusive learning, and behaviors.

  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge, expertise and insight in adult learning trends and best practices.

  • Assist in preparing RFST preceptors and DSTs with skills to deliver new hire and advanced training curricula.

  • Identify and utilize innovative learning solutions to facilitate adult learning, pull through of training and virtual training capabilities.

  • Streamline and align training delivery across indications to ensure consistent quality learning experience.

  • Successful strategy development and implementation in a complex matrix environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Representative experience required, with 2 years in a Specialty Sales role preferred.

  • GI sales and sales training experience is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated strong capability in account management, superior selling competencies and proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

  • Demonstrated strong business analytics to understand and analyze business and market drivers, and develop, execute, and adjust business plans.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrix teams.

  • Demonstrated track record of developing self & others to drive and enhance performance.

  • Demonstrated ability to coach others as well as receive and act upon coaching.

  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills, potentially including previous experience leading workshops at sales meetings or new hire classes.

  • The ability to bring strong leadership, strong execution, and a winning mindset to the role.

  • Ability to travel for multiple meeting engagements (e.g., Managers Meetings, National Plan of Action Meetings, various Training Initiatives, Field Rides, etc.)

This position has a flexible/hybrid workspace that will a require 50% commitment at Princeton Pike, NJ.
