BASKETBALL PERFORMANCE TRAINER- Sports Pavilion Lawrence

Summary:\ We are seeking a passionate and experienced Basketball Performance Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of basketball fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of developing players of all skill levels. As a Basketball Performance Trainer, you will work closely with individuals or small groups to enhance their basketball skills, improve their physical conditioning, and help them achieve their athletic goals. All trainings will be held at Sports Pavilion Lawrence.

Responsibilities:\ -Conduct individualized basketball training sessions tailored to the needs and skill levels of each player.\ -Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential and instill discipline, work ethic, and a positive attitude.\ -Develop comprehensive training plans focusing on areas such as shooting, dribbling, passing, defense, and conditioning.\ -Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate players\' schedules.
