POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Project Manager, your mission will be to play a role supporting Database Development and project management, as a summer student.

Working in hybrid mode depending on needs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Establish an Excel database of current projects.

  2. Set up an interface to facilitate and accelerate data entry.

  3. Enable the visualization of project activities that are due in order to allow them to be updated.

  4. Generating reports reporting project-specific activities.

  5. Data archiving.

  6. Cost management form automation.

  7. Automation of rechargeable hours reporting by shift/project.

  8. Automation of recharge report per project.

QUALIFICATIONS:

College or university studies in computer science or office automation.

Advanced knowledge of Excel software.

Knowledge of how databases work.

Knowledge of written and spoken French and English
