TÂCHES/RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Lorsque le moulage est reçu de la pré-inspection, vérifier visuellement si tout le matériel de vente a été retiré, valide le routeur.

  • Utilise une fraiseuse conventionnelle pour usiner toutes les portes de la coulée selon les exigences.

  • Utilise les fixations requises pour les pièces moulées spécifiques et inspecte les fixations pour vérifier les dommages et la conformité.

  • S’acquitter de toutes autres tâches qui pourraient lui être confiées.

  • Respecte les valeurs et le code d’éthique de l’entreprise.

  • Respecte les programmes d’environnement, de santé et de sécurité de l’entreprise

JOB SUMMARY

This position is primarily responsible of machining all gates from the casting.

DUTIES/RESPONSABILITIES

  • When casting is received from pre-inspection, visual check if all sell material has been removed, validates router.

  • Uses conventional milling machine to machine all gates from the casting as per requirements.

  • Uses required fixturing for the specific castings and inspects fixtures for damage and compliance.

  • Performs other duties as required.

  • Respects the values and code of ethics of the company.

  • Respects the Environment, Health & Safety programs of the company.
