The Associate Sales Representative is responsible for organizing, managing and delivering relationship activities to support a respective Territory Representative/Manager. Role will maintain sales and service goals with surgical specialists, general practitioners, denturists and dental labs within their assigned territory.
Maintain and foster customer relationships.
Partner to support a geographic territory that is high producing of $2.5mil or greater.
Drive growth and access customer experience to drive improvement
Responsible for educating clinicians on proper use of Nobel Biocare products
Identify sales opportunities for the Territory Representative/ Manager within existing and prospective accounts
Communicate with surgeon customer implant coordinator and other staff members regarding practice field support and case management.
Daily appointments including prosthetic support, surgical in-service, chair side support and guided surgery support and demonstrations.
Cold-calling and increasing visibility in an area that is geographically convenient to the area where they support appointments. Cold-calling functions include a determination of educational needs and appropriate course brochures for clients.
Complete daily or weekly call reports and send to Territory Representative/ Manager to communicate the activity within their territory by driving, growing, and maintaining sales in respective region
Support and partnership with Territory Representative/Manager by driving, growing, and maintaining sales in respective region.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; we will consider an Associate's degree or similar certification within the dental field
2+ years B2B outside sales experience is preferred; we will consider equivalent experience in an alternate role within the dental field
Valid DL and acceptable record
Bilingual in English and French
Previous experience within medical device industry and/or dental sales.
Ability to travel within Canada
Strong MS Office skills
