Garment Processing Associate - 2ND SHIFT

JOB DESCRIPTION

Apply tags to garments. Fold or hang garments on hanger. Return garments to carton. Close and seal box with tape.

Payrate: $15.50/hr

Hours: 2:45pm to 10:45pm

Responsibilities:

  • Move boxes of garments from conveyor to work station.

  • Open carton; take garments out; apply tags with swift tacker hand held gun.

  • Complete one or more of the following:Put garment on hanger and return to carton.

  • Place necessary stickers on garments.

  • Fold tagged garments and return to carton.

  • Close carton and tape closed manually.

  • May perform other related duties as necessary.

  • Observes all safety rules and regulations for self and others.

  • Maintains good housekeeping.

Qualifications:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and write. Must be able to identify colors accurately. Must be physically able to lift cartons up to 50 lbs as necessary. Ability to perform simple keying on computer.

Pay Details: $15.50 per hour
