Summary:

Ensures that maintenance requests are properly received, logged, and communicated to the appropriate parties. Follows up with the necessary people to make certain issues are completed in a timely manner; and communicates with department management when work order requests are not completed in a timely manner.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Receive phone requests for service and/or repairs from guests and internal departments
  • Creates, dispatches, tracks, and closes work orders in the system
  • Monitors work order statuses to ensure that all jobs are received via pagers and/or two way radios
  • Monitors work orders to ensure all are completed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the work order requestor
  • Informs department management if work orders are not completed in a timely manner or to the satisfaction of the requestor
  • Receives and dispatches all emergency information to the Engineers, Managers, and the Director of Facilities regarding life safety alarms, bomb threats, elevator entrapments, power outages, floods, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the companys guest service culture standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
