General Summary\ Responsible for actively monitoring their assigned section of the floor and attending to guests needs including jackpot payments and minor machine repair. Responsible for providing slot customers with specialized personal attention, as well as promoting, processing and enrolling new ace\|PLAY Club members. Must greet guests, answer questions and be an informational resource regarding guest inquiries.\ \ Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Initiates all jackpots when working the slot floor.
  • Will carry a wallet with currency to ensure timely bill change for guests when working the slot floor.
  • Must have the ability to quickly and accurately count currency.
  • Ensures that departmental service standards are met.
  • Ensures consistent and timely compliance with all gaming and internal control policies and procedures.
  • Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all employees by setting a positive example at all times.
  • Cooperates and communicates with fellow employees in all departments and always exhibits mutual respect and consistently projects a positive, helpful image/attitude.
  • Responsible for balancing moneys received and disbursed.
  • Must have ability to establish a rapport with new and existing slot customers.
  • Redeem TITO vouchers, break bills, and make change for guests.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
  • Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests
