Description:

General Summary

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel/casino. Might be required to assist in other areas as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible to clean and maintain all casino/hotel public areas up to hotel standards. Will be required to clean slot machines, ashtrays, ledges, restaurants, restrooms, offices or other areas of the hotel/casino.

  • Will follow all operating procedures, safety regulations and sanitation practices involving bio-hazard clean ups and day-to-day job duties.

  • Abides by company policy and procedures.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

  • Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests

Requirements:

Job Specifications – Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age.

  • Ability to effectively present information to guests and to members of management.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all cards required by the company.

  • Must be able to verify right to work in the U.S.

Working Conditions – Physical Requirements

  • Walk, stand, bend or stoop 95% of shift.

  • Work for sustained periods of time maintaining concentrated attention to detail.

  • Occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
