Maintain stock of necessary beverages and other related bar supplies. Follow all operating procedures, safety regulations and Aquarius policies and procedures. Deliver exceptional guest service. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area, bar tops, floors and line equipment. Receive and, issue and keep necessary records of liquor and other bar supplies. Assist bartenders with mixing and serving alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. Refill and stock garnishes and glassware. Follow cash handling and Info Genesis POS procedures. Follow cash and comp procedure. Maintain appropriate sound and music levels as designated by management. Maintain appropriate television programming as designated by management; performs other duties as assigned.
