Job Information

Michigan First Credit Union Call Center Representative in Lathrup Village, Michigan

Schedule: Four days per week, 10 hours per day. The three days off per week will include either Saturday or Sunday, and two of the three days will be consecutive

 

Available Shifts (subject to change):

  • 8am-7pm
  • 9am-8pm
  • 10am-9pm
  • 12p-11pm

*Pay: *This position has a starting pay range of $16.00-$18.00/hour.

As a Member Service Center Representative (Call Center Representative) at Michigan First Credit Union, you'll be challenged to deliver five-star service while building relationships with our members. What You'll Do:

  • Deliver stellar service to credit union members. No slackers here! 

  • Serve as a face (well, voice!) for our brand. Happy, confident, positive -- that's who we are.

  • Provide solutions. We want the critical thinkers, the expert interviewers, the stellar listeners. You'll need to be able to pinpoint a member's issue and talk them through the solution -- whether it's a problem with online banking, account information, or just a general inquiry. You may even take some loan applications!

  • Follow through. If you can deliver on promises and make sure all details are covered, you'll LOVE it here at Michigan First!
