Summary

It is the responsibility of the Traveling Payroll Coordinator to compile timekeeping data (via Kronos & SAP) and submit data to the local branch Payroll to audit and finalize. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence.

This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show site based out of Las Vegas, NV.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sign in desk, badges, and new hire paperwork for union labor call.

  • Ensure manual or systematic timekeeping systems are accurate.

  • Track punches daily to ensure all swipes were completed throughout the workday.

  • Audit punches to be sure everything was entered correctly. Work with management staff to correct missing or invalid punches, task# changes, job# changes.

  • Schedule labor calls thru CAP system to generate crew sheets.

  • Maintain data in SAP, New Hires/Rehires, Address Changes, Tax Changes, etc.

  • Always maintain confidentiality.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Knowledge of Kronos preferred.

  • Knowledge of timekeeping system required.

  • Two years related experience in a computerized accounting environment preferably within a payroll function.

  • Proven ability to utilize and develop computerized spreadsheets.

  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
