Sin City Indian - Ducati, Las Vegas, is seeking outgoing, friendly individuals to join our Service Team! If you are a positive, upbeat, and interactive Service Writer with a passion for customer service, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, and recall work

  • Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer questions

  • Document problems with Motorcycles and clearly describe them on the Repair Order

  • Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified

  • Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost

  • Offer additional services, parts and products, including special promotions

  • Review Repair Orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness

  • Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work

  • Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer

  • Maintain current technical qualifications by completing all training programs assigned by the Service Manager

  • Any other duties as assigned to ensure team and store success.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Powersports or Automotive Dealership experience

  • Experience writing concise repair orders on vehicles and communicating repairs needed to customers

  • Knowledge of maintenance schedules and service needs for various powersports vehicles a plus

  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills

  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance

  • Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and dependable personality

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record

  • Motorcycle Endorsement desired, not required

  • Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
