  • Bring out food orders to the proper tables
  • Maintain dining area cleanliness
  • Be attentive, friendly, and courteous to guests.
  • Serve hot food while it's hot and cold food while it's cold. To accomplish this, team work is required
  • If your section is slow, help your fellow staff members, stock a side station, wipe a countertop, clean a window... prepare the restaurant for the busy time we know is coming soon!! Be aware of what's going on around you.
  • Assist servers in any duties necessary including opening and closing procedures.
  • Making sure all items are stocked to correct par levels and rotated according to the dates
  • Expo station stocking and organization.

Be able to communicate and understand English.

Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate Micros system.

Possess a guest-orientated approach and patience along with excellent people skills.
