Hours and Location:

  • Location: Complete Care Pharmacy 1090 E. Desert Inn Rd, Suite 204, Las Vegas, NV 89109 .

  • Hours: This pharmacy serves the local community Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m . (Start the day 8:20 to 5, 12-1 close for lunch).

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician at Omnicell, you will contribute to a community’s well-being and act as a trusted advisor to your patients while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.

  • Help the pharmacist prepare and dispense medications to ensure patients get the right medication and the right dosage every time.

  • Provide exceptional and personalized customer service for patients through in-person and phone communication and active listening; help patients navigate stress with calm, ease, and guidance.

  • Learn and demonstrate an understanding of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more to best serve all patients and grow in your career.

  • Accurately and efficiently enter patient, medication, billing, and sales data into systems to provide a safe, compliant, and seamless experience for our customers.

  • Other patient support duties include provide excellent phone services, shipping medications to patients, record payments, etc.

  • Support and help improve the pharmacy and the team, empower your career, and learn and grow with others at Omnicell.

What You’ll Bring:

Basic qualifications:

  • Fluent in Bilingual - Spanish

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Current and State Pharmacy Technician License for the State of Nevada (NV)

  • 1 year in pharmacy technician experience

Preferred qualifications

  • Current Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) / PTCB Certification (if applicable and strongly preferred)

  • Specialty Pharmacy experience

  • Prior Authorization experience
