IGT is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our high performing Scheduling team as a Logistics Scheduler II. The Scheduler II will be responsible for providing first line point of contact to coordinate all scheduled activities with an emphasis on meeting quarterly and annual targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IGT and the customer’s goals are met.

  • Respond to, resolve, and document all incoming cases reported by customers via telephone, web, and other support channels as required.

  • Coordinate delivery of products based on customer requested delivery dates.

  • Utilize CRM reports to ensure KPIs are met.

  • Perform additional tasks or projects as requested to improve overall productivity, efficiency, and level of service.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent is required

  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and make timely decisions

  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Some knowledge of logistics and order management

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in logistics

  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to implement process enhancements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to pass a Background Security Investigation

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years scheduling or logistics experience

  • SAP experience or knowledge

  • Previous background in Manufacturing/Distribution/Order management/Customer Service

  • Available to work OT and weekends, as needed

  • Good understanding of ERP tools and CRM applications

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $21/hr - $22.27/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
