LegalMatch is looking for an IT Help Desk Associate. This is a part time, in-office position, working Monday – Friday, 8am - 12pm. Do you have the following skills?

  • Basic Windows 10 configuration

  • Installing/replacing basic PC hardware/peripherals

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience with Smart Phones (iPhone and Android)

  • Basic Networking knowledge (pinging to gateways, shared network resources, etc.)

  • Software such as RingDNA and Office 365 Admin

  • Familiarity in Salesforce is a must.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping resolve user PC issues

  • Helping users get access to shared network resources

  • Repairing and Replacing PC components/Peripherals Basic Networking (i.e. Adding PCs and Printers to the network, etc.)

As a technical support/help desk employee, you'll be monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within an organization in a technical support role. If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues, you'll be the first person employees will come to. Tasks can include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, both over the phone and face to face.
