Closet Factory Installation Manager - Finish Carpentry (Home Organization Systems) in Las Vegas, Nevada

Job Summary: The Installation Manager - Finish Carpentry at Closet Factory is a full-time, salaried management role located in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position is within the franchise industry and is responsible for overseeing the installation process of home organization systems, specifically focusing on finish carpentry. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in carpentry and project management, and have the ability to lead a team to successfully complete installations. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 per year. Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of skilled laborers and contractors in the installation of home organization systems, specifically finish carpentry. - Manage and prioritize installation schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. - Oversee quality control and ensure installations meet company standards. - Train and mentor installation team members, providing guidance and support as needed. - Maintain inventory of necessary tools and materials, and ensure they are readily available for installations. - Communicate effectively with clients to answer any questions or concerns and provide updates on installation progress. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the installation process. - Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all installation team members. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; some formal education or certification in carpentry or project management preferred. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in carpentry, with a focus on finish carpentry. - Previous experience in a management or leadership role. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. - Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations. - Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions. - Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
