Description We are searching for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in establishing and implementing effective HR processes and systems. The primary goal of this role is to ensure our company’s staffing requirements align with our business strategies and to cultivate a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.

• Provide information on employee benefits, programs, and education.

• Develop, revise, and recommend personnel policies and procedures.

• Ensure the completion and processing of new hire paperwork.

• Inform job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.

• Address employment-related issues as they arise.

• Advise managers and supervisors about the steps in the progressive discipline system of the company.

• Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.

• Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.

• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

• Protect the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role

• Proficiency in Paychex would be ideal

• Understanding of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Ability to ensure Compliance in all HR activities

• Strong skills in Employee Relations

• Experience using Paychex Payroll and Paychex software

• Knowledge of Workers Compensation and Workers Comp Law

• Experience with Full Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes

• Proficiency in Employee performance management and Performance Management strategies.
