Responsibilities
Overseeing the Accounts Payable/Receivable/Payroll clerks and reviewing their work
Monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close.
Complete monthly bank account reconciliations
Complete W-2, 1095, and 1099 reporting
Files Quarterly State, and Federal Payroll Tax Returns
Manage 401k and Profit Sharing Plan
Manage and renew all business licenses
