If you are a passionate and seasoned product leader yearning to transform experiences for millions of patrons and hundreds of operators, we are looking for you to join The Everi Loyalty leadership team as a Senior Director of Product Management. The Senior Director of Product Management is responsible for delivering business value to drive sales, increase efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction through the development of quality technology products. Within the Loyalty product portfolio, the Sr. Director focuses on leading the strategic vision and product road map across the operator journey. It is their responsibility to ensuring all products within the portfolio are aligned to the singular vision, and that the product vision is communicated across all levels of the organization. The Sr. Director is responsible for driving stakeholder alignment and managing interdependencies with other products. It is the Sr Directors responsibility to ensure they are actively coaching and leading the Product teams on proper product refinement techniques and scrum methodologies. This position will oversee the creation and implementation of innovative technology focused on patron engagement at Casinos across the nation. This role will work closely with other Fintech product leads to align on strategic priorities and solutions that meet business needs.
What Will You Be Doing?
\ 50% Strategy and Planning
- Partners with functional and technical leaders to identify and plan capabilities necessary to meet short and long-term business needs
- Develops and executes strategic plans in support of key objectives in a timely and fiscally responsible manner
- Leads product strategy and actively contributes to overall product vision, ensuring alignment with company business strategy and goals; synthesizes strategy ideas, planning, and execution of next generation products, and identifies opportunities through research, trends, and best practices.
- Drives growth for the business by applying domain and technical expertise to provide thought leadership and translate vision into action
- Serves as key business owner of multiple products and multiple portfolio strategic planning including, strategy for new product introductions, and end-of-life planning
- Evaluates research and market analysis, meets with third party vendors, and maintains knowledge of industry innovations and technology platforms to inform the strategy for product
25% Technical Enablement
- Understands technical requirements of the product and aligns with development resources to ensure architectural planning
- Understands database architecture and scrum processes to ensure collaboration between product and development on technical product requirements
- Coaches product team on how to understand and refine technical product requirements
- Understands financial and business impact of proposed product updates
- Drives product development by reviewing performance and directing work efforts of product teams to ensure products are aligned with company, stakeholder and end-user priorities
- Identifies goals, metrics and appropriate analytics to measure the performance of the product and its individual features, and continually makes recommendations and refinements to the product based on learning
- Establishes and refines a highly effective and tactfully executed product management discipline for the associated business domain
- Supports successful delivery of product management practices by advocating for the position of product management as it relates to customer backed design and prioritizing work based on value
- Advocates for the end user and stakeholder by empathizing with and understanding user needs and becoming the domain expert

- Shapes and supports product management leaders (direct reports) who can strengthen Everi\'s product management bench, improve upon existing capabilities, and develop others who understand and advocate for product management excellence across the enterprise

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise Needed for the Job:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required
- Master\'s Degree, PMP, or Six Sigma certifications is a plus
- 12-18 years experience in technical project management, program management, or product management role; casino operations, digital, or gaming industry preferred
- 8+ years experience leading and managing people
- Extensive experience with product management life-cycle process and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Extensive experience in diagramming and modeling during requirements gathering sessions using techniques such as activity diagramming, use cases, and flowcharts
- Substantial experience gathering business requirements and developing appropriate technology and business solutions; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
- Demonstrated in-depth understanding of Marketing Requirement Documents (MRD\'s)
- Demonstrated success implementing project management techniques and tools
- Demonstrated in-depth understanding of the software development life-cycle
