Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Data Reporting Analyst in the Trade Association industry, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role is focused on managing and analyzing data within the organization's databases, ensuring database integrity, conducting system testing, documenting processes and procedures, ensuring security measures, and maintaining efficient operation while extracting valuable insights from data collaboration with all organization departments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze data across the organization's databases, including the AMS and LMS systems, ensuring database integrity, system testing, and documentation of processes and procedures.

• Extract valuable insights from data, identify trends, patterns, and key insights by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting datasets from various sources.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data analysis solutions.

• Design visually appealing reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions, charts, graphs, and pivot tables to communicate complex data clearly.

• Continuously monitor data quality, identify opportunities for data cleansing and improvement, and implement process improvements to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting efficiency.

• Conduct ad hoc analysis and deep dives into specific business areas to uncover opportunities, address challenges, and support decision-making processes.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, reporting, and visualization techniques.

• Respond to telephone and electronic inquiries from current and prospective members as needed. Requirements

• Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Data Reporting Analyst.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word and Excel is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) concepts and implementation is required.

• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents.

• Proven experience in creating dashboards for data visualization and analysis.

• Strong data analysis skills are mandatory.

• Proficiency in Excel formulas is required.

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft SQL is necessary.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required.

• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment is required.
