Job Responsibilities

As a Busser at China Mama, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing the dining room for our valued guests by meticulously cleaning and setting tables, adding decorative touches, and arranging utensils.
  • Upholding establishment and guest safety by strictly adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
  • Ensuring menu presentation remains pristine by keeping menus clean, replacing damaged pages, and maintaining clean chalkboards.
  • Nurturing the table setting throughout guests' visitsremoving completed courses, refilling water glasses, and promptly attending to additional needs.
  • Collaborating with the waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations.
  • Assisting in the closure of the dining facility by meticulously cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping, vacuuming floors, and maintaining a tidy space.
