Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firm with offices in CA, Il, NY, MI, OH, GA and FL. We are currently recruiting an Associate Attorney for our Las Vegas, NV office to handle high volume consumer and commercial debt collection caseloads. Experienced and newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and execute court calls

  • Handle motions, contested hearings, arbitrations and trials.

  • Draft, review and approve pleadings including complaints, motions, discovery and post judgment supplemental proceedings.

    What You'll Need:

  • Education: Law degree (JD) & active Nevada license

  • Law license in California, WA. a plus but not required.
