What’s a typical day as a Mechanical Evaluation Technician? You’ll be:

• Adhering to all environmental, health, and safety protocols and procedures.

• Performing electronic troubleshooting to determine root failure and performing preventative maintenance evaluations.

• Examining, testing, repairing, and troubleshooting medical devices.

• Applying technical knowledge to interpret information and determine root causes.

• Writing clear and concise technical evaluation summaries.

• Collaborating with a team to achieve process yield results.

• Rotating into repair and test areas as needed.

• Performing other duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have good verbal and written communication skills.

• Can follow work instructions and work well independently or as part of a team.

• Possess basic math skills and proficient computer skills.

• Are able to determine the root cause of failures and perform basic statistical analysis.

• Have an associate's degree or equivalent technical certification.

• Have at least 1 year of experience in troubleshooting.
