We are seeking a Content Management Administrator and Developer to work onsite in Largo, FL. An active TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date. This position is eligible for relocation assistance.

The selected candidate will be part of a team responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and upgrading several COTS software applications and services in an enterprise environment. This role is responsible for working with developers and other team members for development, maintenance, and administration of content management applications and repositories as well as other backend server applications. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current gaps in addressing customer needs. An ideal candidate is a motivated individual, enjoys working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, values and leverages the opinions and expertise of their teammates, and can provide best practices to enhance our current services and technologies. Candidate must be available to travel (CONUS) up to 10% of the time.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Experience with administration, configuration, installation, and maintenance of enterprise content management servers.

  • Experience integrating and extending FOSS/COTS products.

  • Experience with enterprise databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL.)

  • Experience in all phases of SWDL including requirements, design, development, integration, maintenance, and support of software applications.

  • Experience with modern operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux variants.

  • Strong scripting and automation experience.

Qualifications/ Experience Needed:

  • Experience with the OpenText Documentum or other similar content management systems and document repositories.

  • Experience configuring and securing application web servers (e.g. Tomcat).

  • Ability to create detailed build, administrative, and maintenance, and operational guides/procedures/documentation.

  • Ability to create training material, provide knowledge transfer, and train others.

  • Ability to work with the lead and team members in the development, testing, troubleshooting, and resolving problems, incidents, and changes to the system following the documented processes.

  • Ability to work closely with Cyber Security teams to maintain compliance and hardening of any Systems and/or Applications.

  • Have a strong passion for cyber security and data integrity.

  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Have the ability to revise and optimize existing solutions to improve performance.

  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CISSP or Security+) or obtain within 6 months of start date.

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date.

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

Desired Technical Skills:

  • Experience with the other OpenText products such as Documentum Administrator, D2, xPlore, Content Transformation, Content Intelligence Services, or Documentum Foundation Classes.

  • Experience with migration of Documentum applications and repositories.

  • Ability to analyze code, use static code analysis tools and recommend improvements.

  • Development of database functions, scripts, stored procedures, and triggers to support application and web service development.

  • Experience with highly available (HA) and/or redundant software systems.

  • Experience with load/stress/endurance testing of content management systems.

  • Experience using Java, REST, Web Services, Spring, JavaScript, JSON.

  • Experience working in a virtualized environment.

  • Experience with backend storage devices.

  • Understanding of network fundamentals such as: IP addressing, sub-netting, TCP/IP stack, VLANs, DHCP, etc

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
