Basic Job Responsibilities

Responsible for operating, maintaining, and housekeeping all Plant Facilities equipment directly supporting production. Plant Facilities could be mechanical or electrical. Records and maintains accurate operational data files to ascertain that these equipment are in proper operation based on the specific operating procedures inclusive of the manufacturer’s technical and operating specifications. Tasked as the process owner of the assigned utility production system/process.

Specific Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for Operating and Maintaining all areas covered by Facilities Operations and Maintenance (such as Office and Equipment shed, DI plant system, Waste water treatment plant system, Fire protection system, Scrubber and Exhauster system, Cold storage and Direct expansion aircon system, Compressed dry air system, Vacuum pump system, Process cooling water system, Nitrogen and Forming gas system, Chiller and chilled water system, Generator set and Power supply system, etc.) to prevent any potential interruption to production.

Initiate process/utility readings, and data analysis, conduct technical troubleshooting, and submit shift reports.

• Perform allied Mechanical/Electrical installation jobs and recommend innovative ideas aiming to improve Facility Operations and Maintenance to include Energy/Water Conservations and Simplification of operation/maintenance techniques.

• Coordinate with customers on any facilities-related issues and provide actions for immediate resolution.

• Strict compliance with Engineering, Environmental, Safety, and Quality specifications of different Facility processes.

• Perform other related jobs as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
