This position is for a Operation Analyst in the L2 Application System Support Team. The successful applicant will be involved with an Agile, high performing team doing application support, application deployment, business requirement gathering and data analysis all in support of solutions that conform to Manulife standards. The candidate will need to have a breadth and depth of experience that will allow her/him to devise and support solutions that integrate appropriately within the organization and its application frameworks.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Schedule (5 days; 9 hours a day: 3 days’ Work on site) Schedule: Rotating Shift (Day, Mid, Night)

Responsibilities:
Work with upstream and downstream systems to debug or trouble shoot data processing issues
Investigate SQL stored procedures, Informatica Workflows, CA WLA failures and Perl scripts from a support perspective to debug issues or perform analysis for minor enhancements
Tracking and resolving a high number of exceptions on a day to day basis as operations support
Using Agile methodologies to track work and enhancements in JIRA.
Coordinate development efforts with the development team for major enhancements
Coordinate code deployments with various teams and ensure audit standards are met
Help shape the future of technology within our group by moving to cloud based solutions.
Remain current on standards, technologies, approaches and methodologies
Consistently apply the concept of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years working experience supporting systems at Level 2 (support)
Experience with relational database structures and methodologies
Proven ability to multitask both independently and within a team
Excellent English communication (both written and oral)
Applicable degree or Designation in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Ability to understand business process requirements and, through the use of technology, conceptualize creative solutions through to implementation
Experience in financial industry
Action oriented, creative and proactive thinker
Willing to work different shifts (North American Business Hours + Asia Business Hours)
Successful candidate must have strong knowledge and experience in the following technologies:
MS SQL
Informatica PowerCenter
CA Work Load Automation (or any batch automation tool)
Cloud based technologies (Azure)
PowerBI
Minimum Requirements to Hire:
· EDUCATION: 2-year completed in a Bachelor's program with relevant work experience of at least 2 years; Bachelor’s Degree in Information technology or equivalent degree.
· EXPERIENCE: At least two years of relevant experience
· SCHEDULE: Amenability to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and Philippine holidays (when needed)
· LOCATION: Amenability to work in U.P. Ayala Land Technohub, Quezon City OR Mactan Newtown, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
· HYBRID WORK ARRANGEMENT: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
