What you’ll do:

As a Medical Assistant, you’ll provide and coordinate the delivery of clinical and non-clinical services under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN) or Provider. Other responsibilities may include but aren’t limited to:

  • Assist the RN or LPN/LVN during the patient’s intake/discharge process

  • Coordinate with Center leadership to maximize daily patient census

  • Assist the center’s staff with clerical services

Who you are:

  • An individual dedicated to creating Exceptional Patient Experiences with:

o

A High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED); Associate’s degree preferred

o

Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or CNA or EMT or work experience equivalent.

o

Graduate of a Medical Assistant program approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Program (CAAHEP) or by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES)

o

Passion for Wound Care, Wound Care experience preferred but not required

o

Availability to work Monday – Friday standard daytime business hours, per diem shifts
