Volt Junior Budget / Administrative Analyst in Lansing, Michigan

Volt is immediately hiring for a Junior Budget / Administrative Analyst for a top auto maker in Fountain Valley. In this role you will manage and lead various day-to-day operational support functions for Advanced Vehicle Technology (AVT) team. This includes administrative program and project tasks as well as support for strategic planning and development efforts. Hybrid Opportunity (3 days onsite/2 days remote) - Fast growing organization with room to advance! As a Junior Budget / Administrative Analyst you will: * Manage annual department budget planning, revision and submission through Prophix * Execute all Product Planning PR, PO, CR through SAP * Manage/support all department fleet cars including CVMP system input, license plate audit, prep for various evaluation events, and pre-production vehicle destruction (LKQ) * Manage competitive vehicle evaluation program (Receive order from Product Planners or executives , get quotes, schedule, logistics etc.) * Ad-hoc projects that require extensive use of sales and consumer research data from proprietary and third-party sources (mTab, JD Power PIN, JATO, AutoSource, AutoPlanner etc) * Conduct thorough review of marketing materials created by internal departments/agencies and ensure accurate product information along with effective communication of product strengths and highlights This is a full time, temporary assignment expected to last 12 months with strong potential to extended. It also offers a foot in the door of a company known to hire on our talent. Hours are M-F from 8am - 5pm with the flexibility to work hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days from home. The ideal candidate will have: * Mus have previous data analysis experience * Experience with invoicing, billing and payment reconciliation; budget experience is ideal * Must have excellent communication and analytical experience * Must have advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables and v look ups) * Proficiency with 3rd party tools (mTab, JD Power PIN, JATO, AutoSource, AutoPlanner, etc.) preferred Pay Rate: $27-30/hr ** Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
