Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous painting experience with different brush styles and tools
  • Customer focused
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent Organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to set up blast pot and nozzle equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and varying environment
  • Use of thickness gauges to measure the thickness of paint
  • Experience with sandblasting surfaces and rust removal as necessary
  • Ability to remove previous paint-surface using masking or a chemical rinse. 
  • Ability to follow technical documents to properly mix, induce and finish paints. 

*This position is 8-10 hours daily Monday--Friday,  Frequent overtime is required on Saturday and Sundays.  *
