Job Description: As a Reviewer in ICF’s Business Process Outsourcing group, you will be supporting one of our new nationwide projects. Successful team members perform tasks in a variety of areas geared to deliver exceptional quality and customer support. Team members will review applications for completion, abiding by program rules and nuances, analyze service information, and reviews requests for funding from participating organizations. Team members will analyze reports and ensure information has been recorded and processed accurately. Agents should be familiar with standard business concepts, practices, and procedures. Reviewers will work under general supervision and should be self-motivated, have strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

* This position is temporarily based from home due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We will continue to make decisions pertaining to office access based on public health directives and guidance, practicality, and overall business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in business, banking, insurance, bookkeeping or higher education in a related field.

  • Basic computer skills including proficiency with MS Word, Excel and other programs within the MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to navigate in separate systems and up to three systems simultaneously.

  • Ability to connect information requirements with line items listed, with high level of quality and keen sense for detail.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities required.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, empathy, and a cooperative attitude

  • Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities and to work limited overtime as necessary
