Our Accounting and Controls Manager is accountable for:

  • Providing technical accounting and financial controls guidance and training to the Company’s subsidiary locations

  • Assisting in management of M&A finance activities and implementation of newly acquired entities

  • Utilizing knowledge of the Company’s information systems to adapt accounting processes to system and business changes and participate in IT projects as SME in areas of expertise

  • Performing quarterly review and analysis of results of required reporting from subsidiary finance teams

  • Managing other special projects as assigned

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Master’s degree in related field (preferred)

  • Excellent knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting, SEC reporting requirements, and application of Sarbanes-Oxley ICFR requirements

  • Strong ability to problem-solve and work collaboratively with subsidiary finances teams, as well as Operations and other corporate support departments

  • Experience in leading individual contributors and/or project teams

  • CPA license(preferred)

Seeking 7+ years in Accounting or equivalent internal experience, including 4+ years of Public Accounting, Corporate Accounting at an SEC filing entity or equivalent experience required

Total compensation package and benefits commensurate with the position.
