HOW AN OPERATIONS ANALYST EXPERT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Developing life cycle management plans in support of integrating DMO systems with F-15 Mission Training Centers (MTCs)
Advise on operational and technical issues, transition strategy, project schedules, and program plans
Collaborate with Functional Area Managers to develop training requirements, resolution of training issues and provide recommendations and guidance for simulator enhancements supporting RAP training
Assist HQ ACC/A5T to ensure successful simulator upgrades and enhancements to the program
Maintain in-depth knowledge of M&S, DMO, and LVC concepts to provide technical and analytical assistance in the development, validation, and coordination of various F-15 DMO capability requirements documents in accordance with instructions such as MANAGEMENT OF AIR FORCE TRAINING SYSTEMS - AFI 36-2251, JOINT CAPABILITIES INTEGRATION AND DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM - CJCSI 3170.01, and Operation of the Defense Acquisition System- DODI 5000.02
Provide briefings, Bullet Background Papers (BBP), Technical Reports as requested by the government
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
BA/BS and 15 years of relevant experience (combination of active duty, government service, or contractor)
Must be a rated pilot with F-15, F-16, F-18, F-22 or F-35 experience
Experience designing and planning documented assessments of DMO and other combat readiness programs
Experience analyzing technical and operational impacts
Experience preparing and presenting high level briefings, BBPs, or Technical Reports
TS/SCI Active Clearance Required

The likely salary range for this position is $127,500 - $172,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
