GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Sr. Functional Analyst (FICO) plays a critical role in projects, process improvements and day-to-day support of SAP ECC application with primary focus in Financials and Controlling.  This role will be key to the future migration to S/4HANA.  Both during and following the S/4HANA implementation, this position will be responsible to work with the Strategic Business Units (SBU) and Strategic Resource Units (SRU) to utilize new functionality, modernize processes and implement automation to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. 

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, TRAINING, AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. * 6+ years of recent experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP FICO ECC 6.0+. * Strong understanding of integrations with other SAP modules. Experience in a Project Systems environment a plus. * Experience integrating and supporting 3^rd party systems or external data feeds for financial processes such as Account Payable, Sales and Use Tax, Banking, Expense Reporting, Payroll and/or other related processes. * Proficient understanding of Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting beyond system implementation. * Experience working with senior level management to establish roadmaps, set priorities, and status updates. * Experience implementing process automation and simplification within SAP or using external tools. * SAP FICO certification a plus. * Experience with S/4HANA a plus * Experience with additional SAP modules or sub-modules a plus. * Experience working in a consulting environment, supporting multiple operating units and business models a plus.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: The Sr. Functional Analyst operates as part of the Enterprise Solutions team and reports to the Manager of Enterprise Applications.  The Sr. Functional Analyst has responsibility for the support and implementation of SAP FICO and related systems across the 11 companies that constitute High.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Fundamental job requirements which an individual must be able to perform in order to accomplish the basic duties of the job: * Gather requirements, configure, test and implement SAP Financial solutions and improvements. * Work with SBU/SRU resources to understand business requirements, translate to SAP processes and date and implement solutions to address the business requirements. * Proved recommendations for process improvements, integrations and automation to improve user efficiency and effectiveness. * Utilize change control and project management methodologies as defined the IT organization. * Perform regular system and process reviews to ensure proper daily operations and quickly resolve production issues. * Research new industry and business trends and provide recommendations to IT and business leaders. * Develop understanding of new trends in IT and provide thought leadership on how to apply them to Financial nd Business processes. * Mentor and coach team members to develop & improve collective team knowledge. * Oversee scheduling and work content of contractors as needed for projects and improvements in financial systems and processes * Collaborate with the other SAP and non-SAP team resources to support integrated processes and systems and resolve common issues and challenges. * Maintain relationships with key strategic business partners. * Complete regular formal and informal personal development task to keep current with skills and general knowledge. * Cross train with other team members to provide backup support as needed.
