DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: We are actively seeking a reliable and trustworthy Pool Attendant to join our team at The Crossings in Lancaster, PA for the 2024 Summer season! As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting our residents, enforcing safety rules, managing the pool area and equipment, and many other duties.

This is a seasonal position working anywhere between the hours of 9:00AM - 8:00PM, with a schedule of around 14 - 20 hours per week.

Weekend and holiday availability required

Starting Rate: $12.00/hour.

Responsibilities of Our Pool Attendants Include:  * Opening and closing the pool.  * Greeting residents and checking them in and out of the pool area.  * Conducting light maintenance on the pool such as vacuuming/brushing pool bottoms, emptying skimmer baskets, and backwashing pool filters.  * Ensuring that the pool area is neat and clean every day by putting umbrellas up/down, straightening chairs and tables, cleaning tabletops, and sweeping the pool deck.  * Developing and maintaining a professional relationship with residents.  * Providing an optimal level of customer service to all residents.  * Completing incident reports for management and keeping an incident log for reference.

Our Next Co-worker Will Ideally Possess the Following Educational and Experiential Qualifications:  * Must be 15 years of age or older.  * Ability to work weekends and holidays; required.  * Previous pool attendant or lifeguard experience; preferred.
