DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Arconic is currently in search of Metallurgical and Quality Systems Manager to join our North American Rolled Products Team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.  

RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Responsibilities  * Mill quality and process control that effectively minimizes internal rejects while supporting the maximum operational availability. * Assuring continued compliance to ISO / JIS / IATF and Laboratory Certifications as required. * Achieving Laboratory testing and certifications of Lancaster's production to satisfy industry and customer standards. * Establishing product, surface, and production standards to meet customer requirements. * Managing new products---the Trial & Availability process, projects and NPD process. * Overseeing the plant change control process. * Resolution of customer complaints and claims.   QUALIFICATIONS Basic Qualifications  * BS in Metallurgical Engineering or Materials Science discipline * Minimum of 8 years of working experience in the Aluminum industry, preferably rolling mill oriented * Minimum of 6 years in Quality Control * Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience   Preferred Qualifications  * Master's Degree in Engineering, Materials Science or Business * Rolling mill processes and products experience * 4+ years of supervisory experience   We live our core values and commit to delivering sustainable value to our customers, our employees, our communities and our stakeholders.
