Entry Level Production - (Job Number: 21000038) - 21000038 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Arconic Lancaster employees focus on safety first while delivering a high-quality product to our customers. Our entry level production employees must be able to follow safety guidelines, work as part of a team, work rotating shift and be available for overtime. Other essential duties include: * Operate mobile equipment * Read and follow all safety rules and regulations, standard operating procedures and quality standards * Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition * Complete required paperwork and data entry * Wear provided personal protective equipment (face masks, hard hat, earplugs, safety glasses, gloves, reflective vest, arm guards, metatarsal safety shoes) * Must be able to bend, stand, squat, walk, push/pull and lift (on an occasional basis a maximum of 50 pounds with frequent or constant lifting of 25 pounds) * Must be able to adapt to temperature and environmental extremes such as hot to cold, dust, dirt, chemicals and elevated noise levels Basic Qualifications * Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position * This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.
