Staffing Service USA Customer Service / Inside Sales / Counter Sales Associate - New Holland, PA in Lancaster, Pennsylvania
*We are seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales / Counter Sales Associate for our client - a building materials company located in New Holland, PA. The Customer Service / Inside Sales / Counter Sales Associate will provide excellent customer service while coordinating with the drivers, sales team and warehouse personnel to meet the needs of the customers. *

The Counter Sales Rep will be responsible for the following:
- Meeting with walk-in customers to determine the proper building materials needed for projects
- Creating quotes for customers
- Taking payments
- Following up with customers
- Showing and explaining the building materials in the showroom
- Upselling
- Offering excellent customer service
- Answering phones and responding to emails
The Counter Sales Rep must meet the following requirements:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of building materials preferred
- Customer Service and/or sales experience required
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute
- Customer Service / Sales oriented - must be comfortable selling and speaking with customers via the phone, email and in-person
- Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to assist customers with loading products into their vehicles
- Valid Driver's license
- Willingness to submit to a criminal background check
