The White Deer Run philosophy simply states that each patient will be treated as an individual, receiving treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

As a Drug and Alcohol Counselor at White Deer Run Lancaster you will enjoy being part of a supportive team.

You will: Conduct individual counseling sessions and group or family sessions, under supervision, as scheduled and document as required.

Facilitate lectures, participate in community meetings and recovery related activities

Identify and assist with helping our clients change behaviors and thinking that lead to relapse

Complete progress notes, assessments, case consults initial assessments, discharge summaries and after care as well as follow up assessment for patient, .

Insure all documentation regarding patient care, treatment and incidents are completed timely and in a clear concise manner in accordance with our Licensing entities
