Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Arranges trainings for individuals or groups within a framework of available training and workshop programs.

• Acts as first contact to support internal or external trainers, participants and external training / workshop providers for an uninterrupted and successful organization of the planned event.

• Propose training programs, develop the procedure and ensure training control standards are in compliance with the statutory required training and IATF requirements.

• Lead manufacturing skill test center, conduct skill test, update in database.

• Initiate training workshop, organize local trainings and in-house courses, and coordinates arrangements for external courses, workshops and seminars.

• Lead the facilitation of training course of on boarding program, during seminar and / or workshop.

• Monitoring and updates the training / seminar catalog on a regular basis.

• Plans for further education and monitors the progress of attendees, monitoring the progress update for all organization with external stakeholder /authority.

• Monitoring costs, and maintaining budgetary control of all training activities inhouse, internal virtual course.

• Training document filling under ISO requirement and submit report to government dept. under Skill Development Act.

• Lead the other ADHOC assign from BU project, target of L&D, internal stakeholder and other event.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in BA, Management, HR or related field.

• More than 3 years of professional work experience in any industrial training, development area.

• Experience in HRM, business coaching, and training coach.

• Good skills in training, coaching, and presentation.

• English communication skills in business level.

• Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and etc.)

• Knowledgeable in ISO9001/ ISO14001/ ISO/TS16949 Requirement/ Internal Auditor is a plus.

• Smart, energetic, creative, and decorative.
