Skookum is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Control I with a professional attitude. The Production Control Clerk I compiles and records production data for industrial establishments to compare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of production. Examples of Typical duties include but are not limited to: Accountable for inputting daily/ weekly direct and indirect manhours for team members (i.e., attendance, un/planned vacation, sickness absence, holidays.) Prepares written work schedules based on established guidelines and priorities. Sorts and distributes work orders and may compute wages from employee timecards and post wage data on records used for preparation of payroll. Collect all data for accurate shop operations. Maintains accurate records in IBM Maximo. Assigns vehicles for training and issues keys. Maintain accurate service records and contact customers for service and or repair appointments. Verify and monitor production reports for accuracy. Provide Maintenance Supervisor with written cost estimates for submission as required Verify all project reports and maintains equipment records. Research, initiate, draft, and complete pre-printed service packets for all equipment serviced. Updating work order statuses accurately and in real time results in customers readiness and satisfaction Being able to communicate consistently with the lead and mechanic regarding any issues or concerns with vehicles/work orders (i.e., ordering parts, installing parts, status change.) Verifies work order parts request with FEDLOG to determine correct material stock number needed for work order and orders the specified qty requested. Prioritize assets to ensure the highest level of readiness in support of training. Ensure the type and quantity of parts and materials specified on the job order are correct and filled according to priority. Responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of material and parts within the shop Maintains full responsibility of key control and completes a monthly inventory. Works closely with shop leaders to ensure continuity of shop operations.
