Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Technical Program Lead to manage the success of multiple cloud migration work streams. As a key member of our cloud migration team, you will lead and guide cross-functional teams to ensure the timely, efficient, and cost-effective migration of our IT infrastructure and applications to the cloud. Primary Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and execute multiple cloud migration work streams simultaneously. Develop and implement comprehensive cloud migration plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Analyze dependencies between work streams and identify and mitigate potential risks. Oversee the work of technical teams responsible for migration activities, including architects, engineers, and developers. Monitor progress against plans and make adjustments as needed. Manage communication and collaboration between stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, and senior management. Identify and implement best practices for cloud migration. Develop and maintain technical documentation for cloud migration activities. Stay current on the latest cloud technologies and trends. Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the cloud migration process. Proactively identify and address challenges and roadblocks. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the cloud migration process. Preferred Skills and Experience: 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the IT field. 5+ years of experience with cloud migration projects. Experience running agile ceremonies (user story grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, story point estimation, etc) or serving as a scrum master Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex technical projects. Strong technical knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP. Excellent program management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). PMP certification (highly desired).
