At CESO, a Senior Program Director is responsible for client management of large or multiple programs simultaneously. They will develop and execute strategies to grow client accounts and bring in other services not yet performed by the client. They will coordinate all client activities, monitor & forecast overall program performance, and ensure the delivery of client projects. They will also mentor and develop team members and assist them in their career growth. They will have primary responsibilities that include: Build, develop, and grow client relationships and satisfaction Provide a high level of customer service to clients, team members and attend internal & external meetings Complete and confirm financial performance - billing, invoicing, tracking, and client's accounts receivable by contract terms Lead program teams, facilitate communications and acquire appropriate resources to meet workload levels Create and / or review scope and fee proposals prior to issuance to clients Monitor quality, design technology, and team performance to ensure consistency as well as compliance with contractual agreements on a timely basis Serve as a mentor and supervisor for Project Managers and Production Staff while providing guidance and direction to team members in their professional development Communicate with the team on assigned programs, including client policies, procedures, goals, budgets, and schedules Conduct regular team meetings - motivate team members and create a professional, positive work environment Elicit cooperation from a wide variety of resources, including upper management, clients, and other departments Perform other supervisory duties as assigned Position requirements include: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 20+ years of experience managing projects in design and construction-related fields or, in lieu of a degree, 25+ years' experience in the design and construction-related field and client management Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred Proven track record in leading a team and working with multiple projects Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through problem-solving Knowledge of Deltek, Mosaic, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to travel CESO is a principle-centered organization that aligns with strong service values, integrity, and authenticity.
